Booking Policy – Anggie’s Beauty Studio
At Anggie’s Beauty Studio, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our booking policies:
• Confirmation: Appointments must be confirmed to secure your time slot.
•Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
•Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
•No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be }charged 100% of the service.
•Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that time, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled based on availability.
•Deposits: Certain services require a non-refundable deposit, which will be forfeited in case of late cancellation or no-show.
•Refunds: No refunds are provided for completed services.
